The idea of starting therapy can feel daunting, but it doesn’t need to be. By recognising that speaking to someone could help, you have already taken one of the hardest steps.

When looking for a therapist, it’s important that you feel confident and comfortable with the person that you will be working with. It’s also important that we have a shared understanding of what we want to achieve, and the journey that it might take to get there.

With this in mind, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have about the process, and to make sure that we are the right fit to work together.
