Time to Talk?
Sometimes we don’t feel like ourselves. Life can bring us challenges that we don’t feel fully prepared for. Perhaps, you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed?
It could be time to talk to someone. It could be time to try out therapy.
There are lots of different types of therapy, but ultimately the goal is to find time, with support, to explore the things that have been getting in the way of You being You, and help you take a step toward making sense of your experiences.
My practice is rooted in a person-centric framework, that means we don’t just stick to a formula, but we find a way to work that suits you.
I work with a wide range of people, each with their own unique set of concerns, including (but not limited to):
